The exception to this is if I make a mistake with the product I will accept a return. If there is an item that you need to return, please contact me so that I can make the proper arrangements for you to return the item. Refunds:Refunds are given when the item is received and checked. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items returned unless I made a mistake. There is no exception to this policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item or serveice plese do not hesitate to contact me and I will make it right for you.  I do take special requests for items that you may be looking for and cannot find. All of my products are hand selected for quality and freshness. I strive for a 5 feedback on all transactions.
