Up for Auction is a Rare Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver "Tiffany Money" Token.
Featuring Tiffany & Co. Rare Solid Sterling Silver "Tiffany Money" Coin in Original Tiffany Money Pouch.
This rare and unique piece is an authentic, Tiffany Money coin. These coins were produced by Tiffany & Co. in the early 1980s, and are no longer in production.
Extremely rare estate find, as after these coins are used at the stores, they are not recirculated into the open market.
The front of the coin depicts a "T&Co" logo along with the denomination "Fifty Dollars", and the back of the coin reads "Tiffany Money redeemable in merchandise at Tiffany & Co. 1101".
Made of solid sterling silver, comes in the original Tiffany blue "Tiffany Money" pouch.
Measures 1 3/8'' (33 cm) in Diameter.
Original Estate Condition, shows wear consistent with age and use.
