VINTAGE ITALY STERLING SILVER BABY 2" PHOTO FRAME PUFFY DESIGN LIGHT GOLD FINISH

Description

This is a vintage sterling silver (marked) baby picture frame with a light gold finish from Italy.  It is square with rounded corners and a maroon, velvet, easel back. The puffy, rounded frame features raised items associated with babies/children: rubber duck, teddy bear, bows, candy cane, diaper pin, and a jump rope.  It is hallmarked on the bottom edge with a star, 384 FI, which indicates
Argenterie Eredi di Gianfranco Palanti as the maker, located in Firenze, Italy (Florence).  The frame is 3 5/8 inches square, and the opening for the photo is 1 7/8 inches square.   It is in excellent vintage condition: no dents, but has minor surface scratches.
