Vintage (70’s?) Team Kawasaki Booster Club Packet

Not sure when this promotion was offered but a jacket cost , a large back patch cost or you could get a T-shirt, white pants and a white cap all for ! I’m thinking ‘70’s. Anyway, the packet includes 5 pieces, all 8 1/2” X 11”. They include a thank you letter, a combination gift membership card/introduction card sheet, a “Gift Chek” sheet, a booster club folder with honorary booster club certification and a plain white envelope that, unfortunately, is sealed from humidity over the years. The 2nd & 3rd pictures are of the same folder, either side. Folded/closed it measures 8 1/2” X 11”. Shipping is free so please, US PayPal buyers only. Thank you.
