Vintage 1979 Hallmark Cat On Mushroom Kitsch Plaque Wall Art Smile! Retro Feels.
Measures 4 1/2 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches tall for the plaque, with the hanger. The height is 4 inches, and .5 inches depth.
Very vintage from 1979, very cute feel good plaque does have some dirt from the years in the cracks of the wood, and one stain on the main mushroom on the front. I think it could be touched up with paint to hide the stain. Vintage hallmark item, has the hanger for hang on the wall, or could be a shelf sitter.
