    Description

These two VINTAGE pieces are unique on the internet, as none can be found like them for sale.  The lovely console bowl is the right size for a low centerpiece flower arrangement on a dinner table or for displaying floating flowers.  It can be used for bread, buns or muffins.  The tall Baden vase is the perfect size for flowers fresh from the garden or flower shop.  These pieces were made between 1934 to 1950 in Abingdon, Illinois, USA.   Abingdon pottery is highly collectible today, especially pieces decorated with flowers and gold trim.
The console bowl #564 is 11 inches long and 6 3/8 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches deep.  It has a beautiful floral pattern on ivory with gold gilding on the scalloped edges.  It is marked with #564 on the base.
The Baden vase #520 has fancy, gold covered, double handles and is 8 3/4 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches across the gold-guilded rim.  The flower pattern is linear and lovely.
There are no chips, no crazing or cracks and the gilding is bright and even.  These beautiful pieces have been carefully stored for over 70 years, which accounts for their perfection.  They are being sold as part of an estate, at the best price possible.
These pieces will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail and local pickup is available at 33781.
