Combined Shipping;
The shipping cost for each product is priced to ship individually. The eBay calculator cannot automatically combine shipping. It’s only capable of multiplying the shipping cost for each order by the quantity that you purchase from us. For example, 3 items that ship for .00 each will cost .00 shipping; according to the eBay calculator! However, we can send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount for all three items, when you use the add items to the cart button, and send the “request a total” to us, before paying and you’ll save on shipping fees!
How to request a total from a seller;
Use the add items to the cart button for each item you’re buying. When you’re done shopping just click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner. When the shopping cart opens right above the items in your cart on the top right side of the list of items you will see Request total from seller. Click that to request the total. We will send an invoice after we have processed and packed your order to get the correct weight and shipping cost.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days, and offer a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and restocking related expenses, if the item is returned and it is the same item we sent to the buyer. The item must also be unused, if it was new, and undamaged to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
When an item is returned, and it has been used, or damaged by the buyer - we will issue a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus any shipping and restocking related expenses.
Our products may be marked in an area known only to us, because some devious buyers keep the seller’s product, and return a non-working one, or a completely different product for a refund. This is internet and mail fraud, and a violation of the seller protection policy.
eBay requires us to ask the buyer for pictures, and details, if the reason for the return is based on an item not as described, parts missing, or damaged upon receiving it, for proof of the buyers return claim. If the buyer thinks that parts are missing, they can check with the manufacturer, and give us the link, so we can check to verify it. However, demanding that we send parts that were not included in our original listing is internet fraud, and a violation of the seller protection policy.
If we’re unable to successfully solve the problem, and the buyer needs to return an item our return address can be found on the packing slip we include with every package we ship. Please return the item in the same package it was shipped in, and use the same packaging material whenever possible. Please upload the tracking number to eBay when it’s shipped, so they know it's being returned.
Restocking fees;
We will withhold 20% of the purchase price on refunds for restocking and processing fees on all orders that buyers request to return, or cancel.
Due to the increase of internet fraud and mail fraud, we have decided to incorporate this policy;
We will report dishonest buyers who commit internet fraud, and mail fraud to eBay’s escalation department for violating the seller protection policy. In addition to that, they will also be blocked from buying our products. The buyers name and user ID will also be given to thousands of other sellers we associate with, so they can put them on their blocked list as well. We may also choose to pursue additional legal actions against them to the fullest extent of the law for internet fraud, and mail fraud. Anything written to us through eBay messages can and will be used as proof of a buyer’s devious behavior for eBay to review, and when authorities request it.
