The Budweiser Budvar Brewery (Budějovický Budvar, in Czech) was founded in the Czech Republic back in the late 1700’s. From Wikipedia: “The state-owned brewery and its Budweiser pale lager have been engaged in a trademark dispute with Anheuser-Busch, a brewery in the United States, over the right to market and sell the beer under the name Budweiser since the start of the 20th century.”
The coat of arms dates this glass to before 2006 at least, most likely much older.
