This is a used Precision Small Diameter Boring Head in GREAT condition. Attached to a Parlec CAT50 shank. Can be removed and fitted with another shank if desired.

Features:
A .0001” (.002mm) vernier is standard on all heads.
Micrometer spindle provides .001” (.02mm) per dial graduation for fast, accurate set-up and adjustment, and reduced scrap.
Well balanced, fully encased in head tool carrier can be run at high speeds.
Through-spindle coolant capability is standard.

Boring Range: unfortunately I couldn't find any concrete numbers for this head. I do believe the range is somewhere around .08" to 1.90", but cannot verify. Might behoove you to contact the manufacturer for more details, but as far I can tell this is pretty close to what you get.
