This item is NEW from Surplus storage in its original box.  It has been stored in climate controlled conditions and is NEW condition, unused and undamaged.
Original boxes are in secondary packaging, as shown in last photo, and are undamaged.
Simple and easy to use, lock-on thumb switch closes the heating elements around material and triggers heating cycle.  Workpiece is heated within seconds.  Release of thumb switch shuts off current and opens the elements to start next cycle.
Quartz encapsulated intermittent heating elements (Glo-Rings) open and close to encircle workpiece with instant radiant heat at temperatures up to 1500 deg.F (815 deg.C.)
Portable heat tool is easy to move around workpiece or can be used stationary with the included stand.
No RF interference is generated so it is suitable for use in cleanrooms and testing areas.
Excellent alternative to a heat gun as it uses less electrical energy and does not blow hot air.
Interchangeability - Standard 1-inch inside diameter elements plug in and are interchangeable with optional 1/2", 2" and 3" elements (sold separately).  Wire guards help protect from accidental contact with hot elements and minimize breakage.
