TESTING
-- I synced the remote and hub via the Harmony app.  Then I copied the devices and activities I use with my personal Elite remote.  Finally, I went through each activity and performed numerous functions to ensure proper operation.  The remote and hub performed exactly as expected.
WARRANTY
-- there is no warranty offered on this remote system.  I guarantee this system will work properly out of the box and you will be able to set it up successfully but I cannot offer any type of extended warranty beyond that.  I will be happy to help you get this system set up after you receive it.
