    Please read this information carefully before completing your purchase.
    The
    Z1
    regulator
    is basically the same item as the other combination
    regulator
    / rectifiers that we sell for the Kawasaki's with the
    exception of
    the length of the wires.
    Buyers should have no trouble installing the rectifier
    it mounts to the bottom of the battery box, where the original voltage
    regulator
    was mounted
    won't fit  where rectifier used to be
    Once mounted, the wires plug into it just like the original components did.
    The black wire from the new unit (the ground) -
    MUST
    be connected to the negative
    battery terminal.
    Trying to ground it anywhere else, or any bad ground can cause the unit to catch on fire (really)
