To give you massive amounts of comfort, we designed the beans that we use to fill Big Joes to compress. If they didn't, it would feel like you were sitting on a bag of marbles and no one wants that. So, instead of making hard, unforgiving beans, we came up with a different solution: more beans! Science shows us that all well-loved bean bags that are designed for comfort will go flat with time, it's just the nature of beans. If your Big Joe starts to lose its pep, simply order our refill bags and load it up with more beans. Each bag contains 100 liters/3.5 cubic feet of beans. Extra beans can also be used for DIY crafts or as packing fill. For child safety and durability reasons, we intentionally break off the outside zipper pull of all Big Joe bean bags before shipment. If you need to open your bag, simply use a paperclip to pull it open. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe.

The foam balls are a lot smaller than the actual ones that came with my bean bag chair . So if you really need a refill, and don't mind the beads being smaller then this is good enough product.

We ordered this for a beanbag that had been sat on for so long that it seemed like there were no beads inside. It was completely flat. We only had to use one bag and it was full. My only complaint is that it came in a box that was massive, my only complaint is that it came in a box that was massive, it probably could've been wrapped in a tyvec or thick plastic wrap instead of cardboard.LikesFillSizeComfortFabricAppearance

The price was excellent for exactly what it was! My kids sit in their chairs daily for long periods of time between schoolwork and then gaming so of course their chairs needed refilled! One bag for each we figured would do it because the bags are huge but we bought a total of 4 bags (two sets) and have 1 full bag left plus a little of the other. There are tricks to refill bad without mess

Be sure to watch several videos online on how to easily fill your chair. The key is add baby powder to the bag of beans to reduce the static, or you will have a royal mess. We also cut the bottom off a plastic cup and duct taped it to the small hole in the bag of beans, then poured into the chair. Just refilled the chair, so can't say the quality or how long it will last in the chair.

Just perfect. We received 2 of the Big Joe Bean bag chairs from someone. They needed refreshing. One bag of the refill will totally fill a chair so if you are getting it to refresh a bag, you only need 1/2 a bag for each chair you are filling. quick tip: make sure you only cut a small corner out and slowly pour otherwise you will have a mess. It also helps if you have at least 2 people ; one to hold the bag and another to hold the chair. We had a vacuum cleaner on hand and an extra pair of hands to vacuum as it spilled on the floor.LikesQualityAppearanceComfortColor
You need an empty paper towel roll and 2 people.

Very happy with the bean bag refill beans. You will need 2 people. One to hold the bean bag you are filling and one to hold the the refill beans. To make it easier to fill you bean bag, get an empty paper towel roll. Cut a small hole on the corner of the bean bag refill and put your empty paper towel roll in the hole and tape up around the hole . The beans will flow nicely out of the paper towel roll and you will have minimum mess ( escaped beans ) . This works great. One bag was all I needed.LikesComfortValue for moneySizeSturdiness
