o give you massive amounts of comfort, we designed the beans that we use to fill Big Joes to compress. If they didn't, it would feel like you were sitting on a bag of marbles and no one wants that. So, instead of making hard, unforgiving beans, we came up with a different solution: more beans! Science shows us that all well-loved bean bags that are designed for comfort will go flat with time, it's just the nature of beans. If your Big Joe starts to lose its pep, simply order our refill bags and load it up with more beans. Each bag contains 100 liters/3.5 cubic feet of beans. Extra beans can also be used for DIY crafts or as packing fill. For child safety and durability reasons, we intentionally break off the outside zipper pull of all Big Joe bean bags before shipment. If you need to open your bag, simply use a paperclip to pull it open. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe.
