Answer: If the charger was supposed to work with both nicad n lithium ion battery, it will. I recommend to charger it with a craftsman 19.2 volt lithium ion charger

Answer: Yes. That is the part number I replaced. This is a great replacement. They really last and last. Just remember you'll need a lithium charger.
