Cleaning surface
Tap the top of the pen on a hard surface to relax with a mixed ball and shake the pen to mix the materials.
Practice using the pen before repairing. Gently push the pen over the surface to be repaired and press the hose firmly to evenly eject the liquid.
The seam is electrically conductive in 5 to 10 minutes. The entire process takes 45 minutes in the air. At 121 degrees to 149 degrees, the entire repair process takes 5 minutes and the maximum conductivity is achieved.
Clean the tip of the pen after each use and reattach the cap.
Insulate the repaired seam with a CW3300 cover pen and use it to repair any damaged weld mask.
